EVENTO Service Provider Agreement
Effective upon registration
1. Commission Policy
The EVENTO platform receives a fixed percentage commission from every successful booking processed through the system. The current rate is % of the total booking amount. This rate may be updated by the platform with prior notice to all registered providers.
2. Payment Responsibility
As a registered service provider, you are fully responsible for settling your outstanding commission balance within the given payment period after each completed booking. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted access to the platform and all its features.
3. Account Restriction Rule
Failure to pay your commission within the specified period may result in the temporary locking of your EVENTO account. While locked, your service listings will not be visible to clients and no new bookings can be accepted. Access is restored immediately upon full settlement of the outstanding balance.
4. System Usage Agreement
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business and service information on your profile and listings at all times. Misleading, false, or incomplete information may result in listing removal or account suspension without prior notice.
5. Booking Fulfillment
Accepting a client booking constitutes a binding commitment to deliver the agreed service on the stated date and time. Cancellations must be communicated to the client and the platform at least 7 days in advance. Repeated cancellations may negatively affect your listing visibility and standing on the platform.
6. Agreement
By checking the box below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated above, including the Commission Policy and Account Restriction Rule.
